Toepassingsgebied
De Memosens CPS11E is de digitale allrounder voor stabiele processen. Het instrument meet betrouwbaar in extreme pH-bereiken en gevaarlijke omgevingen. Dankzij de digitale Memosens 2.0-technologie is de pH-sensor vochtbestendig en kan hij in het laboratorium worden gekalibreerd, wat de procesveiligheid verhoogt en de bediening vereenvoudigt. Het instrument biedt uitgebreide opslagmogelijkheden voor kalibratie- en procesgegevens en vormt zo de perfecte basis voor voorspellend onderhoud. De Memosens CPS11E vergt weinig onderhoud, gaat lang mee en biedt de beste waar voor zijn geld.

Voordelen
IIoT ready: Memosens 2.0 biedt uitgebreide opslagmogelijkheden voor kabibratie- en procesgegevens, waardoor trends beter kunnen worden herkend en een toekomstbestendige basis wordt gelegd voor voorspellend onderhoud en verbeterde IIoT-diensten.
Lage bedrijfskosten: door de kalibratie in het laboratorium en de mogelijkheid om de sensor snel te vervangen zijn de procesonderbrekingen minimaal en gaat de sensor lang mee.
Robuuste elektrode die weinig onderhoud nodig heeft: een lange gifdiffusieweg of een ionenval voorkomt vergiftiging van de referentie-elektrode. Het grote, vuilafstotende PTFE-membraan beschermt tegen verontreiniging door het medium.
Het procesglas is geschikt voor het volledige pH-bereik en drukstabiel tot 17 bar (246,5 psi) absoluut. Het optionele F-glas maakt toepassing mogelijk in media die fluorwaterstofzuur bevatten, zoals etsbaden bij de productie van halfgeleiders.
De verbeterde optionele zoutopslag garandeert betrouwbare metingen in toepassingen met lage geleidbaarheid, zoals ketelvoedingswater.
Maximale procesintegriteit dankzij contactloze, inductieve signaaloverdracht.
