Toepassingsgebied
De Memosens CPS12E is de digitale allround-ORP-sensor. Deze meet betrouwbaar, zelfs in zware toepassingen of gevaarlijke omgevingen. De sensor is ontworpen voor weinig onderhoud en een lange levensduur; de ORP-sensor biedt u de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. De Memosens CPS12E beschikt over Memosens 2.0 digitale technologie, die dankzij de uitgebreide opslag van kalibratie- en procesgegevens de perfecte basis voor voorspellend onderhoud is. Het plug & play-principe van Memosens zorgt voor een eenvoudige bediening en meer proces-uptime.

Voordelen
Robuuste, onderhoudsarme ORP-sensor: het grote, vuilafstotende PTFE-membraan beschermt tegen verontreiniging door het medium. Lange gifdiffusieweg voorkomt vergiftiging van de elektrodereferentie.
Geschikt voor zware toepassingen: een gouden pin of platina dop beschermen tegen alle oxiderende of reducerende media. Het schachtglas waarborgt een hoge chemische stabiliteit. De sensor is stabiel tot een absolute druk van 17 bar (246,5 psi).
Dankzij de Memosens 2.0-technologie kan de sensor meer proces- en kalibratiegegevens opslaan. Dit vormt de basis voor IIoT-diensten en voorspellend onderhoud.
Uiterst betrouwbare metingen met contactloze, inductieve signaaloverdracht zorgt voor hogere procesveiligheid.
Kalibratie in het laboratorium en snelle sensorvervanging ter plaatse zorgen voor minimale procesonderbrekingen en dus lagere bedrijfskosten.
