Dan is deze bundel net wat u zoekt, want de RIA46-procesindicator kan maximaal twee CM82-instrumenten tegelijkertijd voeden. Hierdoor kunt u twee CM82-meetpunten instellen met een willekeurige combinatie van pH-, ORP-, zuurstof- en geleidbaarheidssensoren met Memosens-technologie in uw 4-draads omgeving.

Gebruik van de CM82 2-draads transmitter in een 4-draads omgeving
Dankzij de geïntegreerde lusvoeding kan de RIA46 4-draads procesindicator één of zelfs twee 2-draads transmitters uit de Liquiline CM82-serie voeden. Hierdoor kunt u de compacte en robuuste procestransmitter perfect met uw 4-draads infrastructuur gebruiken.

Echte multiparameter-transmitter met Memosens-technologie
Liquiline Compact CM82 is een multiparameter-transmitter voor pH-, ORP-, geleidbaarheid- en zuurstofsensoren. Dankzij Memosens-technologie en de automatische sensorherkenning kunt u binnen enkele seconden versleten sensoren vervangen of overschakelen naar een sensor van een andere meetparameter.

Optionele bluetooth-verbinding
U kunt uw CM82-transmitters verbinden met uw bestaande smartphones en tablets via een zeer veilige bluetooth-verbinding. Hierdoor kunt u uw CM82-meetpunten makkelijk in bedrijf stellen en bedienen alsmede gemeten waarden en sensorinformatie op afstand opvragen. Tevens kunnen op het RIA46-display de meetwaarden van de aangesloten sensoren on-site worden weergegeven.

Visuele indicatie van statusdiagnose
De CM82-transmitter is uitgerust met een rood/groene LED die de diagnoseresultaten van de transmitter en de aangesloten sensor permanent weergeeft, waardoor een snelle en eenvoudige statuscontrole ter plaatse mogelijk is.

Geschikt voor gevaarlijke omgevingen
Met zijn internationale goedkeuringen voor explosieveiligheid, zoals IECEx, ATEX en CSA is de Liquiline Compact CM82 geschikt voor gebruik in gevaarlijke omgevingen. Daarom kan de CM82 in een gevaarlijke omgeving worden gemonteerd, zelfs als de RIA46 in een niet-gevaarlijke omgeving is geïnstalleerd.

Liquiline Compact CM82
De Liquiline Compact CM82 is de kleinste transmitter voor Memosens-sensoren. De slanke behuizing is slechts 11 cm lang en 2 cm breed, inclusief een aansluiting waarop u uw sensor rechtstreeks, zonder kabel kunt aansluiten. Samen met de sensor past deze in de meeste installaties en kan deze uiterst eenvoudig worden geïnstalleerd. Via een unieke, veilige Bluetooth-verbinding kunt u alle CM82-meetpunten in de buurt zien op uw tablets of smartphones, die u comfortabel van afstand kunt bedienen.

RIA46 process indicator with control unit
Analog measured values are indicated, evaluated and calculated by the field indicator. With the integrated loop power supply two-wire sensors can be powered. The universal inputs enable the connection of current, voltage, RTDs and TCs. Limit values can be monitored and relays can be switched. Via analog outputs process signals can be forwarded. The integrated application package "differential pressure" allows the quick and easy commissioning for differential pressure applications.
