Functionality

The Kit enables the precise automated detection of quality parameters using qPCR and a microfluidic cartridge - and all of this conveniently on-site!

It contains the following components:

Concentration Module (10x)

  • Simple handling steps

  • Enables the analysis of three sample types (swab, water samples through concentration, colonies from culture plate)

  • All necessary materials are included

Detection Module (10x)

  • Microfluidic cartridge for fully automated DNA extraction and qPCR

  • Operated in our Device BAB00
