Toepassingsgebied
De Liquisys CPM253 is een standaard pH/ORP-transmitter voor alle analoge en digitale Memosens-sensoren. Het verbetert uw operationele veiligheid dankzij continue aannemelijkheid, proces- en sensorcontroles. Kies uit een groot aantal hardware- en softwaremodules, zoals relais of Fieldbus-communicatie, om deze nauwkeurig aan te passen aan uw meettaak. Dankzij deze modulariteit kunt u de transmitter op elk gewenst moment upgraden. Met het eenvoudige menu en de tweepunts kalibratie verlopen configuratie en werking snel en gemakkelijk.
De Liquisys CPM253-transmitter werkt met alle pH/ORP glas- en ISFET-sensoren in niet-gevaarlijke omgevingen, bijvoorbeeld in deze industrieën en hun utiliteiten:

Voordelen
Grotere operationele veiligheid: continu procescontrolesysteem, aangepaste alarmconfiguratie, beproefde Memosens-interface voor betrouwbare sensoraansluiting.
Betrouwbare zelfbewaking: sensorcontrolesysteem voor pH glas en referentie, aannemelijkheidscontrole van kalibratie.
Eenvoudig te bedienen en onderhouden: intuïtieve gebruikersinterface, hot plug & play met vooraf gekalibreerde Memosens-sensoren, directe toegang voor handmatige contactregeling.
Minder onderhoud: automatische reinigingsfunctie (met Chemoclean), geactiveerd door alarm of niveauschakelaar.
Passend voor elke toepassing: talrijke uitbreidingen, zoals P(ID)-controller, timer, enz. maken een flexibele aanpassing voor alle processen mogelijk.
